You probably know (or maybe you don’t) that I recently lost/left my corporate job at Bebe Stores. Yup, I’m currently “retired” as Rob likes to call it. I debated making a post about this or not, but I feel like it’s something I need to get out.
Believe it or not, I was never a hat girl. And come to think of it, I don’t think I even owned a hat until I started working at bebe. They were just something I always thought I couldn’t pull off, and never wanted to invest money into. Be it a floppy hat, a fedora, etc. I would rather buy a new dress, or shoes, or something.
But, hats quickly became one of my favorite accessories once I started working in Fashion (besides jewelry, duh)! You can easily change an entire feel of an outfit just by throwing on a cute hat. Take my advice: every girl should own a floppy hat!
I have SO many skirts in my closet, and almost 99% of them are dressy, tight and not work appropriate. When I found this black mini skirt at our Bebe sample sale, I was like “Uh oh, another skirt I will never wear”.
BUT, I was determined to find a way to dress it down so it could become a part of my casual/work wear attire.
