We’re holding onto summer for as long as possible here in LA. It is 80 degrees this week! I spoke to my Mom on the phone and she said it will only be four degrees on Thanksgiving day. That’s it. Just four.
I can’t say I miss being that cold. My blood is officially Cali blood.
That being said, I would like to feel a slight chill in the air. Just SLIGHTLY. I’ve resorted to turning some of my Summer wardrobe into “Fall-ish” pieces.
A maxi dress is perfect for this transition period. My dress is an older Bebe style (scored it at a sample sale a while back!). I love the slits on both sides in the front.

Adding a denim jacket to my Fall wardrobe has been essential. I bought this jacket thinking I would wear it once in a while, but it’s been a really nice layering piece. I got mine from H&M.
