Ok, off the top, are you guys shopping during quarantine? Yes or no?
A floral romper for Spring? Groundbreaking…
All jokes aside, friends, I love a good romper, in general. I’m always up for anything that’s going to make my life easier (AKA making getting dressed easier)! You put on ONE thing and boom, you’re done and ready for the day. Who’s with me?
This green maxi dress is really speaking to my internal cowgirl, and I’m here for it. It might be the hat, or the boots, but I’m obsessed with this outfit for Spring! The material of this dress is very linen-esque, which means it’s going to be a great transitional fabric in the coming months. Plus maxi dresses in general are perfect for changing seasons- you can add a jacket to completely change the look, or pair it with knee high boots or heels to make the vibe either more casual or more dressy. I love when a look has versatility!
Wowwwww, hi guys! It’s been a minute since I’ve made a blog post. I almost forgot how to do this… just kidding.
Not proud of it, but life gets away from you sometimes, you know? My goal is to try and get more posts up here, and try to balance my time and attention between this and Instagram.
I just took a weekend trip out to Big Bear and although the weather was cold and snowy (exactly what I was hoping for), the hot tub at the cabin that we rented was calling my name and also inspiring me to pick up a new swim suit. Ok, truth be told, I was at Target the night before my trip and this leopard bikini caught my eye and the rest is history. I mean, you let Target tell YOU what you need, am I right?
Winter neutrals are my newest obsession lately! I’ve been seeing such cute outfits all over Pinterest and Instagram and knew I needed to jump on the train. Not only does this combo feel super fresh and different, but it also means that I don’t have to give up wearing my favorite white jeans that I got this Summer. YAS!
Here is my look- neutral from head to toe! My sweater is from Target ($19.99 and comes in a bunch of colors), my jeans are from American Eagle (they fit like a glove and you need them- $45), and my booties are from Forever 21, but any brown boots will work!
I also like the idea of taking these neutrals a step further and doing a white on white look. Winter white monochromatic vibes? I think it could work, honestly.
