I started blogging a few years ago and really had no idea what I was doing, to be honest. I had moved to LA and was working in fashion and trying to meet friends. Starting a blog was another creative outlet for me, similar to my love for painting. It was a place for me to combine all the things I enjoyed, found inspiring, or just really rad, and I wanted to share that with my family and friends.

I really wasn’t trying to gain a ton of followers or make it a “brand”. I was doing it for fun, and lucky enough, that is STILL why I blog. When it stops being fun, that’s when I know it’s time to move on. However, I have learned a lot along the way and have tested out new strategies and techniques to see what works and what doesn’t.

Zion National Park

At the end of January, Rob, his step-brother Colin and I were lucky enough to take a trip to Zion National Park to meet up with their parents for a long weekend. We started the trip at Bryce Canyon for a night and then spent a few days in Zion.

It was absolutely perfect and unbelievably beautiful! I wanted to share all of the incredible photos and memories all in one place. This post will be a long one…so bare with me!

Palm Springs mini vacay

Sunday night, Rob and I decided to jump in the car and head to Palm Springs. No reason, really. We just wanted to get away and relax before the long holiday weekend was over and work crept back in. I love these spur of the moment trips with my favorite guy; we always end up having the best time just the two of us, being dorks and exploring.
