Who’s ready for another 4 part style guide? Today I’m sharing 4 ways to wear flared jeans!
I got this amazing pair from Vici Dolls and I loveee them! The flare is a little dramatic and I was instantly inspired to find multiple ways to style them. I think most women, myself included, are a little intimidated by this trend coming back around. Raise your hand if you wore flares back in the day? I was for sure. And some pairs I even cut up the side to make them even more ridiculous. Anyone else? Makes me cringe just thinking about it.
When flares popped back up on the trend circuit a while back, I was skeptical and to be honest, not on board. It took me a little bit, but now, I’m all for it. At least for these bad boys! They’re over the top, and honestly, sooooo freaking cute!
Look 1- Casual
For my first look, I paired these jeans with a casual light grey henley top, and tied a camo print sweatshirt around my waist. It gives these jeans more of a casual vibe that I love! I would definitely wear this outfit to work, but it would be perfect for a day date look, too!
Look 2- Festival Ready
This boho vibe look is definitely my favorite! I basically live in band tees, and these jeans are the perfect way to spice up my normal jeans-and-a-tee uniform. Adding a fun accessory like a hat is really the cherry on top. You know I’m an accessory fan, but a hat really finishes this look off. And now I want to be walking around Coachella or Stagecoach…and lets swap this glass of wine for a beer!
Look 3- Date Night
Perfect date night outfit is jeans and a cute, girly top, right? I feel like that’s my go-to. This look is a really cute combo to wear if you’re going to a nice dinner or even a concert with your boo! It’s comfy, but dressy at the same time, and I think that’s what we all want.
Look 4- Work Appropriate
I would wear all of these outfits to work, honestly, but if you’re looking for something with a little more professionalism, this look is great. Plus, a bold read color on top is always a yes! This red top is comfy, and it looks polished. You can wear this to work, and then to happy hour after work. Nothing better!
I hope you like these looks and I hope that you feel inspired to try flared denim for yourself! Believe me, these aren’t the same jeans we were wearing in the early 2000’s, okay?
